Release & Indemnification
If you have a dispute with another user or a third‑party website, you release Chainsaw Baits, LLC from any claims arising from that dispute.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

- your violation of these Terms
- your interactions with third parties
- content you submit

We may assume the defense of any matter subject to indemnification.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Venue
All disputes must be brought exclusively in Greene County, Missouri.
Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA) Notice
To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law:
- MMPA claims must be filed within one (1) year
- You waive statutory damages, punitive damages, and attorney’s fees
Jury Trial Waiver

Fraudulent Chargebacks and Return Abuse
Customers agree not to misuse or abuse Chainsaw Baits, LLC’s return policy or payment‑dispute processes. A fraudulent chargeback includes, but is not limited to:
- Disputing a legitimate transaction with the bank after receiving the product
- Claiming an item was “not received” when carrier tracking shows delivery
- Filing a chargeback instead of following the required return process
- Requesting a refund while refusing to return the product
- Returning a different, damaged, or empty item and then disputing the charge
- Falsely claiming an unauthorized transaction
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that all purchases made through Chainsaw Baits, LLC are legitimate, authorized transactions and that the customer is the authorized cardholder or has obtained proper authorization from the cardholder.
Chargebacks Filed in Violation of This Policy
If a customer files a chargeback that violates this policy, Chainsaw Baits, LLC reserves the right to:
- Provide the bank with all evidence of delivery, communication, and order activity
- Pursue recovery of the product or the full transaction amount
- Deny future purchases or close the customer’s account
- Report the incident to fraud‑prevention databases and card‑network monitoring programs
- Seek reimbursement for losses, including shipping costs, product value, and chargeback fees
Evidence Provided in Disputes
Chainsaw Baits, LLC may submit the following as evidence in any chargeback investigation:
- Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
- Photographs, product‑use data, or internal fraud‑prevention logs
- Customer communications and support transcripts
- IP address, device, and geolocation information associated with the order
- Proof of return‑policy terms accepted at checkout
Failure to Follow Return Procedures
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Chainsaw Baits, LLC. Filing a chargeback instead of completing the required return process constitutes return‑policy abuse and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
Missouri Governing Law
This Fraudulent Chargeback clause is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Chainsaw Baits, LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under Missouri law to recover losses resulting from fraudulent chargebacks or return‑policy abuse.
